Not Being a Hater

Tonite @ around 10pm I had some fantastic omelette w/home fries because I was craving for it. Why did I eat an omelette @10PM? Why does anyone do anything? Because they can. I'm always grateful for the Red White and Blue whenever I get an opportunity to do anything at any time I want. But the Omelette was crazy delicious, but as I sat there tearing up my delicious food, I thought to myself, it must not be too fun to work this late hour and serve food to people. I hated serving, food industry is something I vowed to myself that I will never ever do again. Thank God I am a point of my life where I no longer am financially obligated to do so. I'm doing well, and I will be doing better, I'm recession-proof so it's all good. That's why I was thinking, you know, I think she may need this tip a lot more than I do...I hate tipping, because I honestly feel if you gave me the option, I'd rather get my own food and bring it to my own table rather than sit there and be lazy. It satisfy a slight primal urge of the sense of "gathering food". But yeah whatever, looking at the situation, it's late, it's a shitty shift, it's a shitty job, working at a truck stop, so I have no problem tipping way more than is deemed socially acceptable. I mean she didn't go above and beyond in service but working there is going above and beyond, for me...

However, anyone who's been around me knows I absolutely despised beggars and homeless people, I refused to give them $1 of my money. I don't care the reason, unless somehow in some serendipitous way I encounter a bum who changes my life, my stance remains the same. I feel these people are just lazy and junkies. Humans are better than that, these people simply are not trying, and I will not reward them for that.

The Foozie

September 19, 2009

When I look at the Foozie, I see initial genius. I'm all about efficiency and productivity, especially when you can visibly show your team appreciation all the while maintaining a constant chilled core temperature for your beverage. This can create a pleasant and refreshing sensation. It is a win win situation. However, after thorough investigation and analysis, I would strongly recommend against the foozie. It exemplifies poor engineering design with practicality as a misnomer. Case in point, there will be a lot of gyration and sudden movement caused by the user when one is uncontrollably excited showing their appreciation, therein moving the foamy device with little control. This can generate a huge amount of centrifugal force causing the fluid to consequently spill wildly out of its container and all over the Foozie and perhaps innocent bystanders.

I do not know which board of accreditation that had stamped this product with a "Tailgate Approved" approval but based on this product this board should be viewed with little to no credibility. They're probably inebriated. At this time Phu Pham do not recommend the Foozie, and based on this product, I would stand to be skeptical against the Grooler as well, as theoretically it may sound like a good idea. However, the redirection of thermal energy and channeling it to effectively heat edible food at the consumer level seems perhaps commercially unfeasible.
